Hydraulic technology is used to realize clamping and necking processes, enabling the production of products such as anchor bolts and mining anchor rods, replacing the traditional lathe peeling process. The equipment consists of a main unit, hydraulic system, clamping fixtures, and mold components, equipped with carbide molds, a PLC electrical control box, and a cooling fan. The clamping and necking actions are controlled by a gear pump.
